Hello Lovely,
The day has come, I'm finally publishing my website! I am so incredibly proud of the work that I've done to build this all by myself! I went to the coffee shop yesterday with my lovely new friend, December (@decemberescudero, checkout their work in my photo gallery!) and suddenly got the inspiration to finally build this and acquire my domain.
I've been taking a lot of baby steps to pursue my dream of being a singer over the past couple months, a big shout out to my lovely friend, Jasmine (@jasminegonlin if you wanna check her out, she offers astrology birth chart readings and coaching) for pushing me to reach new heights! I've started busking out by the bank and gotten such positive encouragement from kind people passing me by and I've been pleasantly surprised with flowers, a jello shot and wonderful donations hehe. I also (obviously) booked my photoshoot with December and booked my dream location to shoot at! It was so magical getting to rent out Kelly Eden's home. She's an incredible alternative model, painter, youtuber, home designer . . . the list goes on, but she amazes me. I used to watch her YouTube videos a lot when I was a depressed teenager, dreaming of leaving my hometown; she inspired me to live out loud in my style and the way I express myself. It was a full circle moment to be able to meet her and shoot my promotional photos there. It made feel like I'm truly making my dreams happen for myself; I know younger me would be so proud.
Even though I still have so much work to do, I am excited to be on this journey. I'm excited to finish up the new songs I've been working on and start booking some shows. I have a lot to learn, but I'm figuring it out as I go and it feels good! I still have hope and a dream that I'll get to sing my songs on stage and make it in this crazy world as a music artist/entrepreneur!
